-� <br />ARTICLE 22 <br />SAVINGS CLAUSE, MODTFICATIONS <br />22,1 This Agreement is subject to the ia�vs of the United Siates and the State of <br />Minnesota. In the event any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be <br />contraiy #o la�v by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose final judg�nent o�• <br />deceee no appeal lias been taken within the time provided, such provision shall be <br />voided. The voided provisions may be renegotiated at the written rec�uest of either <br />party. All ot�ier provisions shall continue in full force and effect. <br />22.2 Finalitv. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement Ueh�een <br />the parties.
