She noted that the applicant is proposing to create <br /> six residential lots on approximately 6.8 acres. She further indicated that <br /> the Planning Commission is recommending approval based on findings of <br /> fact. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT <br /> OF KEEN ADDITION PROPOSED BY AL BERENS BASED ON SIX <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT LISTED IN THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S <br /> REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6.5. Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit DevelopmentāTall Timbers, <br /> Scott Pederson <br /> Report by Lisa Barajas. Lisa indicated that the applicant is requesting a <br /> conditional use permit for a planned unit development for property located <br /> on the north shore of Sibley Lake on CSAH 17. She indicated that the <br /> Planning Commission is recommending approval of the conditional use <br /> permit based on findings of fact and certain conditions. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> REQUESTED BY SCOTT PEDERSON BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF <br /> FACT AND CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S <br /> REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6.6. Preliminary Plat of Tall Timbers, Scott Pederson <br /> Report by Lisa Barajas. Lisa explained that the applicant is proposing to <br /> build thirteen new rental units and maintain two owner-occupied units <br /> within 15.34 acres. Ms. Barajas noted that the Planning Commission has <br /> recommended approval based on findings of fact. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TALL TIMBERS REQUESTED BY SCOTT <br /> PEDERSON BASED ON THE 10 FINDINGS OF FACT LISTED IN THE <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br />
