She noted that the applicant is proposing to create six residential lots on approximately 6.8 acres. She further indicated that the Planning Commission is recommending approval based on findings of fact. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF KEEN ADDITION PROPOSED BY AL BERENS BASED ON SIX FINDINGS OF FACT LISTED IN THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 6.5. Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development—Tall Timbers, Scott Pederson Report by Lisa Barajas. Lisa indicated that the applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a planned unit development for property located on the north shore of Sibley Lake on CSAH 17. She indicated that the Planning Commission is recommending approval of the conditional use permit based on findings of fact and certain conditions. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUESTED BY SCOTT PEDERSON BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 6.6. Preliminary Plat of Tall Timbers, Scott Pederson Report by Lisa Barajas. Lisa explained that the applicant is proposing to build thirteen new rental units and maintain two owner-occupied units within 15.34 acres. Ms. Barajas noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval based on findings of fact. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TALL TIMBERS REQUESTED BY SCOTT PEDERSON BASED ON THE 10 FINDINGS OF FACT LISTED IN THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT DATED APRIL 21, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
