Conditional Use Permit for Crafter Outlet Mall, Rob VanValkenberg <br /> Introduced by Dawn Bittner. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT FOR THE CRAFTER OUTLET MALL AS REQUESTED <br /> BY ROB VAN VALKENBERG BASED ON THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONDITIONS LISTED IN <br /> THE PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> COUNCIL DATED MAY 18, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6.3. Conditional Use Permit for Additional Signage, Kermit Sutton <br /> Introduced by Dawn Bittner. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT FOR ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE AS REQUESTED BY <br /> KERMIT SUTTON BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND <br /> CONDITIONS BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND LISTED IN THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> COUNCIL DATED MAY 18, 2006 AND BASED ON ONE ADDITIONAL <br /> CONDITION AS FOLLOWS: <br /> "THE PROPOSED SIGN SHALL BE ENTIRELY LOCATED WITHIN THE <br /> PROPERTY BOUNDARY LINES." <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6.1. R.V. Resort Village <br /> Information by Dawn Bittner. The EAW for the RV Resort Village has been <br /> completed and the public comment period has begun. No action required <br /> by the Council. <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned how the Planning and Zoning <br /> department was covered in Dawn's absence. His main concern was not <br /> being able to issue over the counter permits while Dawn was gone. It was <br /> the consensus of the Council to bring this issue before the Planning <br /> Commission for discussion and to report back to the City Council. <br />
