Trailside Estates <br /> A pre-development meeting was held on July 20,2006. Present were: Tim Houle,City <br /> Engineer;Brian Drown and Will Hoyt, Landecker and Associates, Project Designers; <br /> Corky Smith,Developer; Justin Bolz-Andolshek and Tom Ryan, City Councilmen; Brett <br /> Twardy, Public Utilities Superintendent; and Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator. <br /> The subject of this meeting was to discuss items to be included in the Developer <br /> Agreement. This is an opportunity for the City to expand its ' cture. The City <br /> Council will need to give City Staff direction regarding the Ci cial responsibility <br /> for this development. The following items were discussed, final decision at <br /> Council's discretion: <br /> The developer shall be responsible for the followin <br /> 1. All sanitary sewer, lift station(Flygt p and plug-in), wate (C-900 pipe <br /> and HDPE services instead of copper) dr . e, street cons <br /> improvements,and all related appurtenan .g. s, fire by , services, <br /> etc.)necessary for the proper functioning o ystems. <br /> 2. Provide right-of-way and easqgLents for all imp ents that the City will be <br /> taking over. <br /> 3. All engineering, legal, NTCA p H permit , other permits. <br /> 4. All costs for the City Engineer to vie truc ' drawings,specifications '1 <br /> (using City Engineers Association an specifications) and a unit <br /> price/line item ate prior to develop selecting a contractor and <br /> moving fo with truction. <br /> 5. Acceptance of road and infrastructure when improvements are completed. <br />
