Trailside Estates <br /> A pre-development meeting was held on July 20, 2006. Present were: Tim Houle, City <br /> Engineer; Brian Drown and Will Hoyt, Landecker and Associates,Project Designers; <br /> Corky Smith, Developer; Justin Bolz-Andolshek and Tom Ryan, City Councilmen; Brett <br /> Twardy, Public Utilities Superintendent; and Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator. <br /> The subject of this meeting was to discuss items to be included in the Developer <br /> Agreement. This is an opportunity for the City to expand its infr tructure. The City <br /> Council will need to give City Staff direction regarding the Cit " :� cial responsibility <br /> for this development.
