Trailside Estates A pre-development meeting was held on July 20, 2006. Present were: Tim Houle, City Engineer; Brian Drown and Will Hoyt, Landecker and Associates,Project Designers; Corky Smith, Developer; Justin Bolz-Andolshek and Tom Ryan, City Councilmen; Brett Twardy, Public Utilities Superintendent; and Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator. The subject of this meeting was to discuss items to be included in the Developer Agreement. This is an opportunity for the City to expand its infr tructure. The City Council will need to give City Staff direction regarding the Cit " :� cial responsibility for this development.
