City Planner <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to table this item until the April <br /> meeting when all Council Members will be present. <br /> 10.2. Board of Appeal <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE BOARD OF APPEAL FOR MAY 16, 2006 AT 10:00 A.M. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.3. Recycling <br /> The Council reviewed the letter from Waste Partners requesting the City to <br /> consider funding of a curbside residential recycling program. The Council <br /> discussed the request. It was the consensus of the Council that the <br /> current drop off recycling program is working well at this time. It was <br /> further noted that a curbside recycling program would require funding by <br /> the City. The Council felt that there were not enough funds available at <br /> this time to cover both programs. <br /> 10.4. Office Assistant Interview Process <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that the City has received 75 applications <br /> for the part time position of office assistant for the Clerk's Office. <br /> Interviews will take place on March 23d <br /> 10.5. Special Council Work Session Date <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE COUNCIL ON TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 5:30 P.M. TO DISCUSS <br /> ISSUES RELATING TO COUNCIL MEETING TIMES, COUNCIL <br /> LIAISON ISSUES, AND COUNCIL TRAINING. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.6. TIF Update <br /> The Clerk reviewed past TIF issues with the Council. She noted that there <br /> needs to be a $1,334 transfer from the General Fund to the TIF fund for <br /> the 12/31/2005 financial statements to cover administrative expenses for <br />
