City Council Minutes <br /> February 7, 2006 <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO APPROVE A SUMMARY <br /> PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 06-04 RELATING TO IMPERVIOUS <br /> COVERAGE LIMITS. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5.3. Sibley Lake Plan <br /> This item was tabled until the March meeting. <br /> Council Member Bolz-Andolshek requested the Planning and Zoning staff <br /> to explain the issues involving the Witty shoreline alteration violation. <br /> Following much discussion, it was the consensus that Council Members <br /> Ryan and Bolz-Andolshek meet with Planning Commission Chair Woog <br /> and Chuck Marohn at the Witty's location to resolve the situation. <br /> 6. Fire Chief's Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 7. Water Wastewater Monthly Report <br /> Report by Brett Twardy. Brett noted that the water plant pumped 39.7 <br /> M.G. of water and that the city sold 39.4 M.G. of water. He indicated that <br /> this showed less than a 1% loss. Mayor Malecha indicated that much of <br /> the minimal amount of loss was largely a part of the work completed by <br /> Janet Wedan who did the water and sewer billing. The Clerk and Water <br /> Superintendent concurred. <br /> 7.1. Earl Hemmerich <br /> Brett Twardy explained that Mr. Hemmerich had a water leak which <br /> resulted in an unusually large water and sewer bill. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO FORGIVE THE EXCESS <br /> SEWER USUAGE AND TO BILL MR. HEMMERICH FOR AN AVERAGE <br /> MONTHLY SEWER USAGE AND TO BILL FOR THE FULL AMOUNT <br /> OF WATER THAT WAS USED. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 7.2. Water Conference <br /> The Council acknowledged that Tina Nolden would be attending the <br /> MRWA Annual Water and Wastewater conference. <br />
