Storm Water Fee Structure <br /> At the February, 2006 City Council meeting, the Council <br /> discussed the storm water issue. <br /> "Tim Houle reviewed the storm water utility drainage fee. He noted that the <br /> fee is currently being charged only to residents who were not part of Sibley <br /> Township. He indicated that the Council has requested staff to bring this issue <br /> to the Council to determine if the fee should be charged to all city residents as <br /> this is what the ordinance currently states. The Clerk noted that the City <br /> Attorney has indicated that the ordinance does include the annexed Sibley <br /> Township area. Tim Houle reviewed the current fee structure. The Council <br /> felt that a worksession should be held to discuss how to fairly charge property <br /> owners for this fee.
