CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 06- <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE EAST TWIN LAKE PLAN AS AN APPENDIX <br /> DOCUMENT OF THE EXISTING <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Pequot Lakes, along with the East Twin Lake Association,has <br /> developed a management plan for the lake; and <br /> WHEREAS,the East Twin Lake Association has approved and adopted the East Twin <br /> Lake Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the direction of the Comprehensive Plan and the desire of the parties <br /> involved that this document be adopted by the City of Pequot Lakes as a management <br /> plan for this part of the City. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota adopts the East Twin Lake Plan as an appendix document of the <br /> existing Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 5t'day of July, 2006. <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
