ORDINANCE 06— <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this Ordinance is to <br /> amend the official zoning map, an official control pursuant to Chapter 462 of the <br /> Minnesota Statutes, for the City of Pequot lakes. <br /> Section 2. Amendment. The official zoning map for the City of Pequot Lakes shall <br /> be amended as follows: <br /> • Arlen and Mary Sergent,property owners,Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290271402A00009, to rezone from Forestry to Agricultural. <br /> • Bonnie Watt,property owner, Parcel Identification Number: 290031101A00009, <br /> to rezone from Rural Residential to Rural Residential. <br /> • Stephen and Kathryn Saxvold,property owners,Parcel Identification Numbers: <br /> 290122200B00009, 290122200A00009, 290122100B00009 and <br /> 290122100A00009, to rezone from Agriculture to Rural Residential. <br /> • Alfred and Audrey Bragstad,property owners, Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290114400BA0009, to rezone from Rural Residential to Rural Residential. <br /> • Thomas and Lois Johnson,property owners,Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290114400AB0009, to rezone from Rural Residential to Rural Residential. <br /> • Northwest paper Company, Potlatch Corporation,property owner,Parcel <br /> Identification Numbers: 290111100A00009 and 290111400000009, to rezone <br /> from Forestry to Forest Management. <br /> • Minnesota Power and Light,property owner,Parcel Identification Number: <br /> 290111100B00009, to rezone from Forestry to Forest Management. <br /> • Attached here to as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is the official <br /> zoning map amendment for the City of Pequot Lakes,which shall become part of <br /> and is considered an official control and zoning regulation pursuant to Chapter <br /> 462 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
