D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> 1. Inspect properties where complaints have been received. <br /> 2. Photograph and document property condition. <br /> 3. Issue a Cease and Desist Order, if necessary. <br /> 4. Notify property owner in writing of potential violation, cite specific ordinance <br /> sections, request restoration/cleanup deadline and place on Violation List. <br /> 5. Carbon copy above notification to Police Chief. <br /> 6. Contact a consultant, if necessary. <br /> 7. Keep track of progress and report to Planning Commission. <br /> 8. Once resolved, notify property owner,remove from Violation List and place on <br /> Resolved Violation List. <br /> E. Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Prepare Zoning Administrator's Report for monthly meeting. <br /> 2. Collect Staff Report information from City Planner. <br /> 3. Prepare, copy and bind Staff Report for Commission members. <br /> 4. Place copy of Staff Report in parcel file for each Agenda item. <br /> 5. Assemble packets for distribution to Commission members and distribute. <br /> 6. Attend Planning Commission meeting, record meeting by audio and written notes <br /> and prepare written Minutes of meeting. <br /> 7. Forward copy of Minutes to City Clerk for insertion in City Council packets. <br /> 8. Place copy of Minutes in Minute Book. <br /> 9. Place copy of Minutes in parcel file for each Agenda item. <br /> 10.Notify property owner of meeting outcome for matters that do not go to City <br /> Council for action. <br /> F. City Council: <br /> 1. Submit Zoning Administrator's Report to City Clerks <br /> 2. Attend monthly Council Meetings to answer questions regarding Zoning <br /> Administrator's Report. <br /> 3. Notify property owner of meeting outcome regarding their applications. <br /> G. Wellhead Protection Plan: <br /> 1. Assist in planning efforts involving groundwater protection. <br /> 2. Provide administrative assistance in the implementation of State and Federally <br /> mandated wellhead protection implementation activities. <br /> 3. Assist public works and the City in proactively identifying land use issues and <br /> impacts which may impact community drinking water supplies. <br /> H. Comprehensive Plan: <br /> 1. Review Short-term Actions and Mid-term Actions and proceed with <br /> implementation. <br /> 2. Act as support for City Planner and City Engineer with implementation. <br />
