CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br /> JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> Primary Responsibilities: <br /> A. Land Use Permits <br /> 1. Meet with the public and answer questions regarding possible land use <br /> applications, provide assistance and information to the general public. <br /> 2. Interpret specific zoning districts as they pertain to questions. <br /> 3. Explain application process, documents needed and <br /> 4. Collect application and documents, review for completeness and assign reference <br /> number. <br /> S. Prepare and forward Entrance/Approach Permit Application to Roads& Streets <br /> Department, if applicable. <br /> 6. Contact Water/Wastewater Supervisor regarding meter fees and street deposit <br /> fees, if applicable. <br /> 7. Prepare and forward E-911 Address Request to County Surveyor. <br /> 8. Insure that applicant is current on all City billings. <br /> 9. Prepare permit, copies to files(parcel, year, assessor), and laminate permit. <br /> 10. Compute permit fee, WAC fee, SAC fee, Street Repair Deposit, and Driveway <br /> Deposit and/or Inspection fees, Pavement Reimbursement fee, E-911 Address <br /> Fee, ISTS Permit and Inspection fees. <br /> 11. Collect fees, code for CTAS and give to Nancy for deposit. <br /> B. Rezone, Conditional Use and Subdivision Applications: <br /> 1. Collect application and supporting documents and forward to City Planner. <br /> 2. Collect appropriate fee, code fee for CTAS and give to Nancy for deposit. <br /> 3. Place on Agenda���w� <br /> 4. Prepare legal notice for newspaper and publish. <br /> 5. Prepare legal notices for mailing and mail. --,( 744.e; e&y x . <br /> 6. After approval by City Council, notify applicant of outcome. <br /> C. Individual Sewage Treatment Systems(ISTS): <br /> New Construction: <br /> 1. Accept Field Evaluation and Design and assign reference number. <br /> 2. Review for completeness and request missing information. <br /> 3. Approve Design, complete permit and laminate. <br /> 4. Notify Designer of approval. <br /> 5. Inspect installation and issue Certificate of Installation. <br /> Additions: <br /> 1. Verify Certificate of Compliance covers any additional bedrooms. If not, request <br /> new Design. <br /> 2. Follow C 1 — 5 above. <br />
