PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT PROCESS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> (Policy Draft) <br /> Managers will be encouraged to review the current Position <br /> Description with the employee and make changes as appropriate. <br /> Where the changes reflect significant changes in the nature of the <br /> job, this changed Position Description should be submitted to the <br /> Job Evaluation Committee for possible Job Point revisions. <br /> Where an employee's performance has not met the established <br /> standards, the manager has the option to defer the next scheduled <br /> "pay step adjustment". This delay will be in place until the <br /> employee has met the established performance criteria. <br />
