We propose to provide land surveying services for this development as follows: <br /> Preliminary plat services including research and setup,boundary $2750.00-$3550.00 <br /> survey and topography, design, layout, and submittal. <br /> Final plat services including creation of final plat, independent land $1700.00 <br /> surveyor's plat check, submittal, and hardshells for recording. <br /> Final staking of lots and flagging of lot lines. $600.00 <br /> TOTAL PROPOSED PROJECT COST $5050.00-$5850.00 <br /> The costs above do not take into consideration significant design changes during the approval <br /> process that may be required by the regulating agencies. The estimated services and proposed <br /> costs also do not include city and county fees or updating the abstract and title opinion. <br /> The estimated costs provided are approximate for services typically required for platted <br /> developments within the City of Pequot Lakes. Actual costs could vary depending on the final <br /> design, actual site conditions, and unforeseen circumstances that may arise as the development <br /> process unfolds.
