There <br /> was $200.00 collected in fees,to date. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment System (ISTS) Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received one Design in January,to date, for ISTS installation. <br /> Downtown Plan: <br /> The Downtown Plan Meeting held January 18 was very poorly attended, again. There <br /> were a few minor changes to the map. Mr. Marohn will forward a report to the Council. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> ➢ January 2—Holiday. <br /> ➢ January 3 —Misc. correspondence and label 2006 files. <br /> ➢ January 4—worked on Admin. Report and misc. correspondence. <br /> ➢ January 5 —ISTS Inspection <br /> ➢ January 5 —photographed new violation and checked an existing violation. <br /> ➢ January 5 —updated Land Use Application Form. <br /> ➢ January 5 —discussed current and future policies for collecting WAC & SAC fees <br /> with Sandy and Brett. <br /> ➢ January 6—prepared correspondence on 2 violations. <br /> ➢ January 6—prepared Sidewalk Memo to be sent to downtown business owners <br /> regarding snow removal. <br /> ➢ January 6—prepared a fee schedule attachment for Land Use Applications <br /> Forms. <br /> ➢ January 11 —Admin. Report for Staff Report. <br /> ➢ January 11 —Explained questions from Council on Fee Schedule in Monthly <br /> Report. <br /> ➢ January 11 —began copying packets. <br /> ➢ January 11 —prepared handout for Shoreline Residential properties. <br /> ➢ January 12—compiled Staff Report for copying, binding and delivery. <br /> �.. ➢ January 16—Holiday. <br /> Completed January 30, 2006 1 <br />
