AGENDA ITEM #10.4. <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Date: October 2, 2007 <br /> Subiect: Request to Rescind Motion Regarding <br /> Memorandum of Understanding — Highway 371 <br /> Report: At the August 7, 2007, Council meeting the <br /> Council voted to approve the Memorandum of Agreement <br /> `- Between the City of Pequot Lakes and MnDOT contingent <br /> on the removal of Article II-Lb. for further study. <br /> II-Lb. The City will dedicate the city-owned property <br /> that lies within the boundary of the spray irrigation site <br /> that is needed for the construction of the mainline TH 371 <br /> or any service road system. This includes all permanent <br /> right-of-way and any temporary easements needed for <br /> construction. The City will deliver this property to MnDOT <br /> with fee title,free and clear of any covenants or <br /> restrictions. <br /> The Highway 371 Committee met with MnDOT to discuss <br /> this issue. Following discussion it was the consensus of the <br /> Committee to leave Article 11-1 b in the document. <br />
