Council Action Requested: If the Council chooses to <br /> have Article II-l.b. remain in the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding, the August 7th motion must be amended. <br /> Council motion to amend the motion adopted at the August <br /> 7, 2007 Council Meeting to "Approve the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement and that article H-1 b be removed for further <br /> study ", by striking "and that Article II.Lb. be removed for <br /> further study." <br />
