Shortly after that <br /> meeting, Staff realized the plan must be approved by the City Planner and left a message <br /> on Beth's voicemail indicating such. The City Planner looked over the notes provided by <br /> Staff and stated the sand blanket would not be acceptable. When Ms. Hippert had <br /> inquired as to her role,make property owner happy or restoration, she was advised it was <br /> restoration. <br /> No beach had been approved in the permit—no sand blanket as of restoration. <br /> Mr. Pahl stated that he does not plan to bring in 11 yards of a would like to meet <br /> with the SWCD to discuss a restoration plan.
