d- <br /> Trailside Estates-City of Pequot Lakes <br /> August 7,2007-Punch List of Construction Items Remaining File: 061350 <br /> 1. Televise the sanitary sewer mains and supply tapes and report to the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> 2. Place Class 1 Aggregate Shouldering on Trailside Road from station 10+00 to 15+51. <br /> 3. Construct ditching around the northwest cul-de-sac(station 0+00 to 0+60). <br /> 4. Construct by-pass lane on County Road#112. <br /> 5. Remove and replace cracked concrete curb and gutter at the following locations: <br /> Trailside Road-1+25 left,2+25 right,4+50 right,7+15 right,8+50 right,9+25 right, <br /> 9+70 right. <br /> Trailside Loop-4+25 right,5+15 right,5+24 right,5+31 right,6+00 right,7+15 left. <br /> 6. Remove and replace 15 feet of concrete curb and gutter north of CB 4,station 5+09 to 5+24 <br /> left to provide positive drainage to the catch basin. <br /> 7. At the Trailside Loop storm sewer outlet: install 15"GS pipe apron,re-grade the rip-rap channel <br /> to a concave shape,clean out the sediment in the channel,and add larger rip-rap to the gradation. <br /> 8. At the East End(upstream end)of the culvert at Trailside Loop station 0+28: install 15"GS <br /> pipe apron and remove sediment from constructed sump area. <br /> 9. Remove chunks of concrete that are adjacent to the roads.(See intersection of Trailside Road and <br /> Trailside Loop) <br /> 10. At the West End(downstream end)of the culvert at Trailside Loop station 0+28: install 15"GS <br /> pipe apron,clean out sediments at pipe end,place additional class III rip rap(9"diameter)at the <br /> culvert end,and reshape the channel to have a concave shape. <br /> 11. Construct rip-rap channel at station 10+00 left. Bituminous spillway appears to slope to the <br /> roadway; contractor shall verify positive drainage when constructing the spillway. <br /> 12. Retention Pond A storm sewer outlet: install 15"GS apron,remove sediment from the existing <br /> channel,and add rip-rap to the pond bottom. <br /> 13. Remove sediment at the bottom of the retention ponds to promote percolation. <br /> 14. Remove sediment from the catch basins and flow line of the curb and gutter. <br /> 15. Verify drainage on the northwest side of the south cul-de-sac(station 6+75). <br /> 16. Put fire hydrant at station 6+25 right in service. It presently has an orange covering labeled"Out <br /> of Service". <br /> 17. Raise elevation of curb stop at Trailside Road station 3+25 left. <br /> 18. Shape around the lift station and pave the access drive. <br /> 19. Complete site grading and backfilling the curb and gutter. <br /> 20. Place seed,mulch,and fertilizer on the entire site. <br /> 21. Complete sprinkler system and sod in the park. <br /> 22. Complete bacteriological test of watermain. <br /> 23. Remove rocks greater than 3"in diameter from the right-of-way. <br /> 24. All other work as required by the plans and specifications. <br /> Along with these construction items the following items need to be completed as part of your project: <br /> 101. Car-Col to submit the Notice of Termination or Subdivision Transfers for the MPCA <br /> Stormwater Permit. <br /> 102. City to verify if their portable generator can operate the lift station. <br /> 103. Landecker&Associates to submit record drawings to the City of Pequot Lakes and <br /> WSN. <br /> 104. Landecker&Associates to submit testing results to the City of Pequot Lakes and WSN. <br /> 105. City of Pequot Lakes to release the Developer's Bond upon completion of project <br /> and acceptance of the improvements by the City of Pequot Lakes. <br />
