At that <br /> meeting the following item numbers were considered complete and/or satisfactorily addressed: 2, <br /> 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 16-23. I have included a copy of the punch list items for reference. <br /> The following is a summary of the construction items remaining to be completed(bolded on the <br /> following page): <br /> Item 1 —Televising of the sanitary sewer mains is scheduled for August 28�'. <br /> Item 3—The Developer does not feel a ditch is needed in this area. <br /> Item 4—The by-pass lane has been paved. The Developer stated that Minnesota Power will be <br /> moving two power poles and striping will also be completed. <br /> Item 5 —Has not been addressed. <br /> Item 6—Has not been addressed. <br /> Item 8—The developer is waiting for turf to establish before cleaning up sediment in this area. <br /> Item 11 —The developer will construct the rip-rap channel upon removing the stockpile of <br /> topsoil located north of the proposed spillway. <br /> Item 15—Sediment needs to be removed from the south west cul-de-sac. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please feel free to contact me or Will Hoyt <br /> at 568-4940. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Landecker& Associates,Inc. <br /> 7,507" # tl)x&� <br /> Bryan G.
