Hoskin, <br />*Call Meeting to Order <br />5:15 p.m. Commissioner Peterson called the meeting to order and welcomed everybody <br />*Consider Agenda/ Changes <br />No Changes <br />*Consent Agenda/Regular Meetin� <br />Motion to Accept the Minutes and Bills <br />Moved by Ness, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />xWest Grove <br />No Business <br />XSiblev Terrace <br />Subsidy is in for 2013. Markings for parking lot are being looked into to follow ADA guidelines. It is noted <br />about the main sign needing repainting and checking for accuracies in verbiage. Maintenance Contractor <br />Moser is enrolled in getting his boilers license. Boilers will be started up for the upcoming seasonal changes. <br />xParkView <br />The RD Inspection of building & units went well. Financials for 2009/2010/2011 were gone through. They <br />would not have to be back for 3 years but might be back to check on the required changes. Handicap stalls are <br />not up to requirements and adjustments will have to be made. <br />'�Alpine <br />The re-roofing of Alpine is complete. The RD inspection of financials, building & units went well, including <br />a comment that the new roof looks good. There is question about the main door not being locked in the past, <br />�" but with current issues, the tenants request may have to be overridden due to safety sake. <br />*Executive Director's Report. <br />Our health Insurance price will remain the same for 2013. Commissioner Youngberg spoke to the Executive <br />Director Carlson and said she will be resigning at the end of the year. The maintenance contractor will be <br />handling painting and carpet cleaning in the future after a shampooer is purchased for carpets. The HRA is no <br />longer using Lindsey as our software. PHA is the new company and is significantly less expensive. <br />XMaintenance Engineer's Report <br />No report <br />xOther Business <br />No report <br />XOpen Forum <br />The brown water in the area has still been an issue. They are still trying to figure out why it is happening. <br />The Mayor stated that they offer "Iron Out" to help with any staining problems that arise from this situation. <br />The city is also looking into a special process of flushing out the system by using a"Tracer Bullet" There is <br />still some noticed confusion where the frontage road streets by the Post Office and Lakes Latte side of the <br />intersection that are now curbed over and not accessible. There is still noted concern about the signage for the <br />new intersection that is needed.
