MOTION <br />CARRIED 0. <br />WAC/SAC Ordinance Update <br />Tommy Woog stated the City needed to develop an Equivalent Residential Unit <br />(ERU) and explained the process Tim Houle, City Engineer, used to develop the <br />information contained in the packet. Using the calculations to use the remaining <br />system capacity the WAC fee would be slightly higher at $2,900 and the SAC fee <br />would be lower at $6,310. These numbers reflect today's costs; the cost to <br />replace infrastructure in the future would be vastly more. These numbers are <br />realistic, fairer and get rid of the ambiguity that exists today. <br />
