The fire fighters rodeo done before the fire works will be planned again for next year. More departments will attend. We need to determine how long the pancake breakfast has been done. The padlocks on both refrigerators have the same key. New business discussion was that fees for fire calls should be increased to $500.00 for the first hour of service due to increased costs. We also need to install a lock on the tool room door and purchase some more and better tools. We also need a key locker to keep better track of all our keys. There will be an Officer's meeting at 5:30 pm on our next training meeting night. The training will start at 6:30 pm. Mike Peterson is back in the USA and will be home very soon. The Fun Committee is planning a fire department picnic for August 18a'. They would like the department to provide the meat, buns, and beverages. The Stettlers(Mike's mom) is planning a Labor Day week-end party to celebrate Mike's return from Iraq. The department members will be invited. Maybe we should plan the department picnic at a later date, perhaps in September. Rickard motioned to adjourn, second by Knutson, meeting adjourned.
