�• Based on our understanding of the project, we believe that the estimated cost of construction would be approximately: Architectural $75,000. Mechanical $23,000. Electrical $20.00 0 Total $118,000. Please note that this estimate is very preliminary in nature and based on casual observation of the existing building and is not based on an actual design. If WSN is instructed to proceed with the design, more detailed estimates may be provided with greater accuracy. WSN proposes to complete the design for the remodel of the library for the following fee: Design Services $17,500.00 (Includes Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, &Electrical) Construction Administration Services $2,500.00 The design services portion of our proposal includes two design meetings. An initial meeting to discuss desired use and finishes and a follow-up meeting to review the plans prior to proceeding with construction documents. Also included is a site visit to verify existing conditions for the development of CAD drawings. Construction documents shall include detailed drawings and specifications to allow the City to receive public bids. WSN's design service fees will also include bidding and contract preparation services. WSN proposes to provide construction administration services for the amount list above. These services shall include shop drawing review, application for payment review, construction meetings as needed, and final punchlist review. As an option,WSN can provide these services on an hourly basis with a not to exceed amount. This would require city personnel to complete most of the services outlined above.
