Accept Resignation of Officer Brian Madison <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION <br /> OF OFFICER BRIAN MADISON. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.2. Hiring of Adam Murdock <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO HIRE ADAM <br /> MURDOCK AS A LIMITED PART-TIME POLICE OFFICER EFFECTIVE <br /> JULY 3, 2007 AT $14.49 PER HOUR. MAYOR MALECHA SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.3. Amendment to Resolution 07-09 Relating to the Issuance of <br /> Administrative Penalties <br /> The Clerk noted that the Chief of Police is requesting a resolution to <br /> amend the administrative offenses to include: <br /> �.. • Curfew violation <br /> Dog Ordinance Violations <br /> • Failure to Stop at Paul Bunyan Trail <br /> • Public Nuisance <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 07-16 <br /> AMENDING RESOLUTION 07-09 RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> PENALTIES AUTHORIZED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES <br /> ORDINANCE. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10. City Clerk's Report <br /> Report accepted by Council. <br /> 10.1. Request Use of Park Dedication Funds <br /> The Clerk requested the use of park dedication funds for the Bobber Park <br /> in the amount of$12,000 to $15,000 to complete the Park. She noted that <br /> Wells Fargo has been working jointly with the City on the Park and that <br /> Wells Fargo has paid for and completed many of the improvements to <br /> date. She informed the Council that the Park Board is ready to complete <br /> `.. the park and has requested use of Park Dedication funds for this purpose. <br />
