There has been some inconsistency in the past with Park <br /> Dedication Fees. City Staff is working with Community Growth <br /> to develop a policy to alleviate these inconsistencies in the future. <br /> The Park Board will review this proposed policy and forward their <br /> recommendation to the Planning Commission who in turn will <br /> forward this policy to the City Council for approval. <br /> The Planning Commission did not take the recommendation of the <br /> Park Board. The Planning Commission unanimously voted to <br /> accept a Park Dedication Fee of$1,000 per lot for 15 lots, or <br /> $15,000.00. Mr. Pederson is appealing this decision. <br /> Staff recommends the City Council uphold the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission, $15,000.00.
