■ January 18 —Met with Commission Chair Woog, Police Chief Braam, <br /> and Office Manager Wedan to discuss Administrative Fines for <br /> Zoning Violations — 9:00 a.m. <br /> ■ January 18 —Joint Council and Planning Commission Meeting— 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> ■ January 18 —Regular Planning Commission Meeting— 7:30 p.m. <br /> ■ January 25 —Met with Mayor Malecha, City Clerk, Commission <br /> Chair, and City Planner to set the Agenda for the upcoming Joint <br /> Council/Planning Commission meeting regarding the Highway 371 <br /> Alternate Route Study Group. <br /> Notes <br /> ✓ January 1 and January 15 were holidays. <br /> ✓ Dawn was out with the flu on Monday, January 8. <br /> ✓ The Planning Commission recently completed rezoning all of the <br /> parcels on the Opt-out List. This process took more than a year to <br /> complete. Budgeted expenses incurred for this process were: <br /> `-' 1. Postage: $222 <br /> 2. Publishing: $1,277 <br /> ✓ This department has been setting aside monies in our budget for the <br /> last several years to upgrade our ArcView software. The new <br /> software has been ordered and the training has been scheduled in St. <br /> Paul. There were sufficient monies budgeted to cover the software, <br /> training and lodging. <br /> Completed January 29,2007 2 <br />
