This process took more than a year to <br /> complete. Budgeted expenses incurred for this process were: <br /> `-' 1. Postage: $222 <br /> 2. Publishing: $1,277 <br /> ✓ This department has been setting aside monies in our budget for the <br /> last several years to upgrade our ArcView software. The new <br /> software has been ordered and the training has been scheduled in St. <br /> Paul.
