MONTHLY REPORT <br /> TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT <br /> JANUARY, 2007 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed one Land Use Permit and one <br /> Sign Permit application. There was $175.00 collected in fees. <br /> The Zoning Office has reviewed one application to amend a Preliminary Plat <br /> and one application to amend a Conditional Use Permit. There were no fees <br /> collected as these were amendments to previous approvals. The applicant <br /> will be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred <br /> processing these applications. The Zoning Office has also received one <br /> Final Plat application. These applications, along with the necessary <br /> supporting documents, have been forwarded to the City Planner to be <br /> included on the February and March Planning Commission Agendas. The <br /> fee for the Final Plat application is $250.00. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment System (ISTS) Permits: <br /> There were no Designs received nor any ISTS Inspections made in the <br /> month of January. <br /> Meetings Attended: <br /> ■ January 2 —Regular City Council Meeting— 6:30 p.m. <br /> ■ January 11 —Met with a representative of SEH and a realtor regarding <br /> possible future development— 9:00 a.m. <br /> ■ January 1 I —Park Board Meeting—4:00 p.m. <br /> Completed January 29, 2007 1 <br />
