Staff hours assigned to the City of Pequot Lakes: Options: <br /> Option 1 416 Hours (8 hrs per week) Estimated Cost $15,808 <br /> Option 2 624 Hours (12 hrs per week) Estimated Cost $18,320 <br /> Option 3 1248 (24 hrs per week) Estimated Cost $31,200 <br /> Other expenses: <br /> 1) It is understood that the City of Pequot Lakes supplies the printing and postage costs <br /> necessary as required. <br /> 2) Gizmo Creations LLC carries its own liability and health insurance coverage. <br /> 3) Gizmo Creations would be responsible for all job related travel expenses within Crow <br /> Wing County up to 3,600 miles per year. <br /> 4) Gizmo Creations LLC is willing to work out of our home offices or the Pequot Lakes <br /> City Hall, at the pleasure of the City Council. <br /> 5) The City of Pequot Lakes will reimburse Gizmo Creations for long distance phone <br /> charges. <br /> 6) Other expenses not listed above would be negotiated between the parties. <br /> Attached please find copies of the resumes for our two primary staff members. <br /> I would like to meet with you to further discuss the consultant's responsibilities and the skills <br /> that Gizmo Creations can offer to the City of Pequot Lakes.
