This certainly will be open to refinement as your <br /> needs become clearer to us. <br /> I have a great deal of planning experience at various levels of government beginning as the <br /> Associate City-Country Planner for Mankato and Blue Earth County, MN. In addition I have <br /> had a great deal of experience as a landscape architect in site planning and design(both <br /> commercial and residential), as well as park and open space planning and solid waste planning. <br /> In each of these capacities I have dealt with a variety of boards and elected officials including <br /> city councils, county boards,park boards,planning commissions, and as the director for a three <br /> county joint powers board. Inmost cases I was responsible for staff reports and <br /> recommendations. Further I have a very good working relationship with the Crow Wing County <br /> Soil and Water Conservation District technician for the Pequot Lakes area and with one of the <br /> primary people in the Crow Wing County Planning and Zoning Dept. I am very comfortable <br /> reading and interpreting ordinances as well. <br /> In addition our staff has a great deal of experience in grant writing, budgeting and grant <br /> oversight. Further, we are well experienced in working with the public and providing public <br /> education. <br /> The numbers that follow are certainly preliminary and are open to negotiations.
