COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF MAYO ACRES BASED ON 12 FINDINGS OF FACT LISTED IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATED DECEMBER 18, 2006 AND BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: • A DEED RESTRICTION SHALL BE PLACED ON LOT ONE THAT WOULD LIMIT ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY TO THE SOUTHERN 75 FEET OF THE PARCEL COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
