unusual liability, health or safety risk, or expense for the Association or any Owner or <br /> Occupant. <br /> 8.11 No Unsightly Activities. No clothes, sheets, blankets, laundry of any kind <br /> or other articles shall be hung out on any portion of a Lot so as to be visible from <br /> outside the Dwelling, nor shall a clothesline, including retractable, be installed or <br /> maintained anywhere on a Lot outside of a Dwelling. <br /> 8.12 Hazardous Materials. No storage of hazardous or flammable materials <br /> shall be allowed on the Development except for reasonable quantities of usual <br /> household materials. <br /> 8.13 Garbage. No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for <br /> rubbish, trash, garbage or other waste. Any and all rubbish, trash, garbage, recycling <br /> and other refuse and debris shall be kept only in sanitary, reasonably attractive <br /> containers, maintained in an enclosed garage or other inconspicuous place, and picked <br /> up for removal at least weekly. Each Lot Owner shall promptly carry away or cause to <br /> be carried away all such refuse, rubbish, trash, garbage, debris and other waste on a <br /> weekly basis with a refuse hauler approved by the Association to maintain the Lot in a <br /> neat, attractive and sanitary manner. Firewood or other normal energy fuels shall not <br /> be considered waste or refuse. No more than three cords of firewood may be stored <br /> outside on a Lot at any one time. No garbage, waste or refuse may be burned on any <br /> Lot, and no outside wood boilers shall be permitted on any Lot. <br /> 8.14 No Discharge of Firearms. Discharging of firearms and hunting shall not <br /> allowed on any portion of the Development. <br /> 8.15 Outside Storage. Outside storage or placement on decks, patios or <br /> porches of any sporting equipment, camping equipment, garbage, trash, or junk shall <br /> be strictly prohibited except as the Association may authorize. <br /> 8.16 Parking. Each Lot Owner must provide off-street parking for all vehicles <br /> used by the Lot's Owners and Occupants. Garages and hard surfaced parking areas on <br /> the Development shall be used only for parking of vehicles owned or leased by Owners <br /> and Occupants and their guests, and such incidental uses as may be authorized in <br /> writing by the Association. Parking shall not be permitted on landscaped areas, lawns <br /> or the Common Elements. Parking overnight or for more than 8 hours in any one day <br /> on streets and roads shall not be permitted. All parking areas must have a surface <br /> constructed of concrete, bituminous or brick type pavers. Parking surfaces of gravel or <br /> crushed granite shall not be permitted. <br /> 8.17 Vehicle Storage. Unlicenced or inoperable vehicles of any kind shall not <br /> be stored or parked on any part of a Lot except inside an enclosed garage and out of <br /> view of others.
