Tim, look over footnote number 1 <br /> which outlines some of the items for which a credit will be given to the developer. I left the amount of the credit <br /> blank at this point as I do not believe that amount has been determined. The Covenants and Association <br /> Documents appear to be fine subject to any final conditions of the planning commission and city council. We will <br /> need current title work, the performance bond, evidence of insurance and a copy of the articles of incorporation for <br /> the homeowners association before the final plat is signed and recorded.
