Pursuant to Preliminary Plat approval, these <br /> documents are being forwarded to you for review and approval. <br /> The documents shall address the following, at a minimum: <br /> 1. Mechanisms for the maintenance of common areas. <br /> 2. Mechanism for the maintenance of open space areas. <br /> Revisions shall be made to the documents to your satisfaction. <br /> Once acceptable to you, the documents shall be reviewed by the <br /> Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will hold a <br /> public hearing on October 19 regarding their Final Plat application. <br /> It would be very beneficial for the Planning Commission to receive <br /> your revised documents in their packets.
