Parcel ID is: <br /> �. 290104100G00009. William and Carolyn Buss,property owners. <br /> Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Wooded Residential District to the <br /> Commercial zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties within the <br /> City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, <br /> but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their <br /> individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, <br /> and the zoning classification listed is the City's proposed classifications. All interested <br /> persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City <br /> Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at <br /> least one week prior to the hearing date.
