CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE WOODED <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE COMMERCIAL CLASSIFICATION <br /> AUGUST 17, 2006 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> AT <br /> CITY HALL <br /> 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> The following will be the subject of a public hearing on August 17, 2006, beginning at <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Hearing: Rezoning. <br /> Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Property Description: Property is located at 4114 West Grove Street. Parcel ID is: <br /> �. 290104100G00009. William and Carolyn Buss,property owners. <br /> Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Wooded Residential District to the <br /> Commercial zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties within the <br /> City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, <br /> but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their <br /> individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, <br /> and the zoning classification listed is the City's proposed classifications. All interested <br /> persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City <br /> Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at <br /> least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding this <br /> application are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed request is sent to all <br /> property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
