Rezoning to Urban Residential or Downtown Mixed Use may potentially be options for <br /> rezoning on the subject properties, depending on the result of the public hearing for <br /> rezoning on the properties to the south. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission can recommend that the City <br /> Council approve,deny,or table this rezoning. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Based on the findings of fact presented in this report, the Staff <br /> recommends approval of the rezoning to Commercial. Rezoning to Commercial would not <br /> prevent the property owners from continuing their existing residential uses.
