We made it to all of <br />your regular meetings in 2013. This helps us understand the background of the issues you are <br />facing and we can be more focused in our response to the City. <br />We are also planning on attending your January 21, 2014 special Council meeting — at no charge — <br />to assist if needed on Capital Improvement Plan discussions. <br />➢ No Charge for Answering Miscellaneous Questions <br />We will assist with general questions, emails, and phone calls from City Council Members and <br />staff: We need to be aware of your concerns to be able to provide appropriate solutions to the <br />City's needs. <br />We believe these above non-billed services for our time and engineering knowledgc (while you do <br />not see a bill for them, they were about $10,000 this last year) is added value that we need to <br />provide to you as your City Engineer. <br />➢ Assignment of Two Engineers With Tlieir Knowledge, Experience, and Familiarity <br />We do not just assign one Engineer to serve the City. Tim Houle (primary) and Mike Rude <br />(secondary) have been specifically assigned to Pequot Lakes; we keep each othei• copied on issues. <br />In case one of us is not available, the other can assist the City. <br />Engineering I Architecture I Surveying <br />�nvironmental <br />
