Properties "CA" and TB" are both roughly 30,000 square feet in size, while <br /> property "CC" is about 20,000 square feet. The properties were previously zoned Rural <br /> Residential under the old Ordinance, and the proposed zoning for the properties is Transition <br /> Residential.
