Highway 37� Screening — The Planning Commission reviewed the screening <br />requirements of the ordinance, ultimately determining they reflect the intent of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />Ordinance Amendment — The Council approved the ordinance amendment <br />requested by the City's Prosecuting Attorney addressing penalties for Land Use <br />Violations. <br />Permit Fee Comparison — Staff collected information and compared our various fees <br />with neighboring communities, indicating our fees were in line with or lower than <br />surrounding communities. <br />Application Review: <br />Zoning Related Applications - <br />Overall, the City of Pequot Lakes processed 8o applications in 2013.
