We have not heard back from either <br /> you or your clients. <br /> Part of your correspondence to us was a stipulation that your client was committed to concluding <br /> the project and intended to complete the required improvements on schedule. This specifically <br /> included the installation of biologs by April 15. <br /> We have verified that, as of this date,the biologs have not been installed. <br /> To date, your clients have been easy to work with and sincere about correcting the environmental <br /> problems they created on this property. Please give us an update on when we should anticipate <br /> the biologs being installed and when we should receive payment for the cities expenses.
