CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE MEDIUM DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE TRANSITION RESIDENTIAL <br /> CLASSIFICATION <br /> JUNE 15, 2006 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> AT <br /> CITY HALL <br /> 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> The following will be the subject of a public hearing on June 15, 2006,beginning at 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> Hearing: Rezoning. <br /> Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes,property owners. <br /> Property Description: Property is located along County Road 17 and Tulenchik Street, <br /> Field of Dreams. Parcel ID's are: 291140009OA0009 and 2911400090130009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Medium Density Residential District to the <br /> Transition Residential zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties <br /> within the City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision <br /> Ordinance, but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for <br /> their individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's <br /> request, and the zoning classifications listed are the City's proposed classifications. All <br /> interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written <br /> comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are <br /> available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff <br /> Report regarding this application are available at City Hall or on-line at <br /> www.conimunilygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed request is sent to all <br /> property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
