Commissioner Habein asks if there will be parking behind the building. <br /> Mr. Jordan says there is room for 20-25 cars on the lot. He says that customer parking <br /> will be in front of the building. <br /> Commissioner Derken says there are 3 or 4 parking spots on the street. <br /> Commissioner Williams asks the applicant how many cars do you think you will have at <br /> any one time. <br /> Mr. Jordan states that he will only have room for a maximum of 25 cars, with an average <br /> of 10-15 cars. <br /> Commissioner Habein asks what age range of cars will be on the lot. <br /> Mr. Jordan states that the cars range from 92-05, and that they are only quality cars. If <br /> they are not selling they get brought to the auction. No repairs on cars will take place at <br /> the shop. <br /> Kurt Johnson says the only thing allowed by the lease is car sales. <br /> Discussion on the putting a limit of between 20-25 vehicles on the lot including <br /> `., employees. <br /> Chairman Adams asks for a motion on the CUP <br /> Commmissioner Habein motions to approve the Conditional Use Permit for auto <br /> sales with a condition of a maximum of 25 cars on the lot and to change the finding <br /> of fact#4 to include only detailing at the shop. Commissioner Varilek seconds the <br /> motion. Passes unanimously. <br /> It is clarified that the findings of fact will be amended, and that the condition was <br /> included. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Commissioner Varilek, second by Commissioner Habein <br /> Adjourned at 7:05 <br />
