Mr. <br /> Van Eeckhout stated it is not a strong preference, but the MPCA probably would lean <br /> toward the through town route,due to less impervious coverage. <br /> Mr. Woog asked if any lakes were impacted with the alternate Van Eeckhoute <br /> stated there were none. <br /> Mr. Ryan asked what the role or the authority of the P ? Mr. Eeckhoute statted <br /> that the MPCA's scrutiny is probably less because t an im d water in the <br /> area.
