Permits issued. <br /> G. Certificates of installation. <br /> H. Enforcement proceedings. <br /> I. Compliance inspections of existing systems. <br /> 37.16 ENFORCEMENT <br /> Any ISTS licensed professional who fails to comply with the terms of this Ordinance,Article 37 <br /> is in violation of this ordinance and subject to enforcement action under MS 115.071,sub.3 and 4. <br /> 37.17 REPORTING <br /> The county shall submit annual reports to the MPCA according to 7080.03 10,subpart 5. <br /> Part III Page 64 <br />
