7. All restoration work, including implementation of the screening plan, <br /> shall be completed within 60 days. <br /> 8. The applicants shall pay the $150 shoreline alteration fee and a $750 <br /> after-the-fact fee. <br /> 9. The applicant shall pay the City's costs of enforcement and <br /> administering the conditions of this approval. <br /> To clarify Condition Number 4 above, Section 5.8, Subdivision I states: <br /> "Screening: Screening consisting of native trees and shrubs covering a <br /> minimum of 75 percent of the area (leaf on conditions) is required in the <br /> shore impact zone, bluff impact zone and wetland setback in order to <br /> retain the scenic beauty and rural character as viewed from lakes.
