3. Updated plan sheets (we need only those that are new or amended) showing <br /> changes to the wastewater system. <br /> 4. A statement from your engineer indicating the impact of additional <br /> connections to the ability of the wastewater treatment system to treat the <br /> projected wastewater supply and/or any changes in design to the treatment <br /> facility. <br /> 5. Updated plan sheets (we need only those that are new or amended) showing <br /> changes to the grading and stormwater plans. <br /> 6. Updated calculations of open space and common space,with a drawing <br /> indicating their location. <br /> Assuming that your new conditional use and preliminary plat approvals would have the <br /> same conditions as your previous approvals, submittals for your final plat application <br /> would include: <br /> 1. The final plat document. <br /> 2. Covenants that will be included in the declarations that satisfy the following <br /> condition from the preliminary plat approval: <br /> "The resort shall develop an internal permitting process to monitor <br /> improvements to the sites that would increase the amount of impervious <br /> coverage. Overall impervious coverage shall not exceed an average 00,500 <br /> square feet per site. The location of impervious areas shall not be allowed to <br /> exceed the design standards for any of the drainage areas. A report on <br /> impervious coverage shall be submitted to the City annually for review. This <br /> program shall be established within the covenants for this development. The <br /> covenants, including this program, shall be reviewed during the final plat <br /> process and shall be modified at that time as per the direction of the <br /> Planning Commission. " <br /> 3. Declarations and association documents establishing the resort and effectuating <br /> the ongoing maintenance and operation of the facility. <br /> 4. A title opinion,less than 6o days old, acceptable to the City Attorney and showing <br /> conformance with those parties represented by signature on the plat as holding <br /> interest in the property being divided. <br /> 5. Financial security acceptable to the City Attorney in the amount of 125%of the <br /> cost estimated by the City Engineer for the uncompleted required improvements. <br /> This would include improvements to the Hurtig Road,the county road and the <br /> sewage treatment system. <br /> 6. A development contract acceptable to the City Attorney for the public <br /> improvements. <br /> 7.
