She explained that the Police Chief recommended P rvice. A certified <br /> letter may not get picked up and the Post Office would re er 10 days. The <br /> Planning Commission discussed at length whether or not a etter, a certified letter <br /> or Police service. Bittner stated that this Policy and Or I ce ent was meant to <br /> streamline the violation process. The general conse <br /> 1. First mail a letter by regular mail; <br /> 2. Have the Police Department deliver a d lettefVr, if the pr er does <br /> not live locally,mail a certified letter, <br /> 3. The City Attorney prepared these paragraphs to cover a <br /> number of issues that have arisen over the past year.
