The following is our interpretation of the understanding between <br /> yourself and the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. You could retain a 2-acre area to be used as a recreation area; <br /> 2. You are to re-establish ground cover,plant trees and allow the natural restoration <br /> of areas not used as the 2-acre recreation area. This area is not to be maintained. <br /> 3. You are to follow the NPDES Permit. <br /> 4.
