Failure to make application by September 19, 2008, will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of <br /> $100.00 for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing <br /> you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action. You <br /> will also be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this <br /> violation.
