I forwarded you a Land Use Application and <br /> an Entrance or Approach Application on June 30, 2008 to construct the new driveway <br /> and move the dwelling to Tract A. I have not received either of these applications back <br /> for approval. <br /> If I do not receive them within 10 days, I will assume that you have changed your mind <br /> and do not wish to move forward with the placement of this structure.
